Pictures on website are deceptive, delivered product is not finished wood as shown in the pictures. Doesn't look nice enough to be inside of the house. Maybe okay for outside on a patio...

This item is being sold as a deeply polished indoor furniture item, when in reality, it comes from a patio furniture company with instructions on how to sand and oil the “outdoor” furniture to protect it from the sun. It has rough edges and splintered screw holes, and the box had multiple moisture grabbing packets and chalky residue all over the wood. Even if I had wanted this to be an outdoor item, it still would’ve been missing the oil that the instructions say to use. I’ve reached out to customer service as this is a blatant bait and switch.

The best I can say is that the wooden (teak) parts were straight and that the dimensions were what they were supposed to be. However, the overall quality was shoddy. The assembly bolts were rusted and the threads were poorly cut. I had to replace about half of them. The threaded inserts were also very poor quality, and were sloppily inserted. Several of the predrilled bolt holes were misaligned, and had to be redrilled. Finally, the metric bolts require a 5 mm hex key for assembly, but the one included was 5/32” so the bolts could not be tightened without the hex key slipping.
