The size of the shoe cabinet fits perfectly in our space and adds a contrasting colour in the room. Only thing to note is the top shelf in each flip drawer will fit shoes that are not tall/hard or the drawer will not close properly (we have put my flats or kitten heels in the top drawer). Some of the shoe cabinets I've seen have the bottom knotched out to sit on top of baseboards, where this one doesn't. I think it'd be a nice feature to have so it would sit more flush with the wall. Other than that, the storage it provides is a great solution.

no instructions sheet in the box and many many pieces so i am not sure how to put this all together

Some gaps/spaces in the design of the cabinets, but overall we are satisfied with this product.
