This is a big upgrade from my cheap black and decker iron. This iron gets hotter and makes more steam then my old one. The specs for this iron say it has three heat settings, but it has three marked heat settings. The heat setting lever actually has many positions in between the markings.

Bought a Reliable iron for my mom a year ago, and just bought one for myself. I do her ironing for her, and was very impressed with the steam generation versus regular irons. Like the aluminum bottom better than the ceramic but both very powerful and easy to use.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and its been working wonders for my clothes. Super cool iron, makes my clothes look nice :)

I bought this to replace my old Reliable iron, which I dropped and damaged. After using it for years, I wouldn't even consider another brand!

This is my fourth Reliable iron. They are the best irons I have ever had. This is my favorite one but I liked the older version where the steam did not have a button one has to press.
