Tres satisfait des sacs fourre tout mais parcontre un des bacs étaient endommagés lors de l'arrivée

I ordered the IRIS WeatherPro storage totes expecting durable, complete products, and the quality control was completely unacceptable. One of the totes arrived with the entire corner cracked. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were NO broken pieces of plastic anywhere inside the box, which strongly suggests the tote was already damaged before it was packaged and shipped. On top of that, TWO additional totes arrived with missing handles. That’s three defectiveincomplete totes in one order. At that point, this isn’t a minor shipping issue—it’s a serious lack of quality assurance. Someone should be inspecting these products before they’re boxed and sent to customers, especially at this price point. Extremely disappointing and incredibly lazy quality control. Based on my experience, I would not trust this seller to send products that have actually been inspected before shipment.

I used this in moving across the United States from the east to west. Kept my things from breaking and organized when going to unpack

A few were broken on arrival and since then small chunks of plastic keep coming off
