Great quality and very smooth operation. The pull-out glides effortlessly, even when full, and the soft-close feature is quiet and solid. Installation was straightforward, and it fits perfectly inside the cabinet for a clean, hidden look. Highly recommend for a kitchen upgrade.

This product arrived broken. It appears that the stay for the bracket pulled out of the wood. Would not get again.

This couldnt have been easier to install. Instructions were perfect. This unit replaced the original hardware that was a single garbage pail with a shallow basket behind. Arrived in less than 48 hours.
