Works OK but no better than any other I've used. If the adjustable cap will come off, I can't tell for fear of breaking it, it doesn't get close enough to lint in many cases. With a fleece blanket, the vent to the catch bin clogged with lint not going to the bin. The battery cover has come off multiple times as my hand moves around on the handle.

Not quite as powerful as I would have liked.......

Received unit with dead batteries. Added new batteries but the shaver didn’t perform like I expected. I had to go over the pill spots repeatedly to remove them. Being made by Rowenta who makes other high quality products my expectations were to high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a lot of luck with lint removers. However, the Rowenta Lint Remover has changed my opinion. It came with easy to read directions and illustrations on use. The package came with two AA batteries. I love it when products that require batteries actually come with the batteries. Most of my garments that need cleaning up with a lint remover have been stored away for the winter. I did find one sweater that I could use for a test. This lint remover has an adjustable head that allows you to adjust the length of the control guard - meaning you can shave closer if you need to. The directions state that the piece of clothing or material you are working on should be on flat surface (you shouldn't use it with the garment on a hanger or while you are wearing the garment). Then work your way down the garment using a circular motion with the lint remover. It actually does a pretty good job. I was pleased with the results. I don't know how long it will last since I've only had it a couple of weeks. It is the most attractive lint remover I've seen - a nice color blue. The handle is very comfortable and it comes with a removable lint container that is easy to empty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is great!! I use it for the pilling that occurs on my sweaters and it is easy to use and does a wonderful job. Runs on batteries, you switch it on and run it over the garment. Empty the little lint trap easily and you can remove the blade parts if a thread or something gets caught. It hasn't damaged anything (run it over the garment lightly, don't press too hard or it can snag your stuff) but I have a lot of experience using these. Feels good quality and fun that it comes in different colors! Highly recommend!
