I want to start off by saying this is my 4th purchase from Wayfair and it has been the only delivery with a hiccup. My safe arrived with a few black marks on the exterior and the inside needed some cleaning, so the delivery wasn’t perfect. But honestly, the way Sanctuary handled it is exactly why I’m leaving five stars. I reached out to customer service and they immediately gave me options they would arrange to take the safe back and issue a full refund, or I could keep it and receive 20 off my purchase. I decided to keep it because the safe itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I asked if they could tell me the paint color so I could touch up the marks myself, and instead, they offered to send me a bottle of matching paint. Things don’t always arrive perfectly. To me, what matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. I dealt with actual humans who were helpful, responsive, and genuinely wanted to make it right. The safe is beautiful, I’m happy with my purchase, and based on the customer service alone, I would absolutely purchase from Sanctuary again and recommend them to others. Nice color and heavy duty. Looking forward to installing this safe. Big enough without being overwhelming in my space.

Love this save! Elegant looking (when noticed). It fits nicely into the corner of our room and unless pointed out, it's overlooked by company at first glance. I do wish it was just a tad deeper so that I could fit large 3-ring binders in the bottom and still close the door.

Just as advertised! Looks nice and the interior is nice quality. It's a little difficult to close due to the seals on the inside of the door, but it just takes a little extra push to make sure the bolts fully engage.

This is a SOLID Safe. The weight of it, the quality and inside finish as well as the color all exceed my expectations. I am so pleased with my purchase. The delivery guys worked hard to deliver and had to bring this up two flights of stairs. I was happy they had such a good attitude about it. Unfortunately our elevator was out of service, but they never made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Thank you Jo and Gavin.
