Ok I need to be honest - the quality of this items is excellent - BUT the installation instructions are the WORST I have ever read. It took over 6 hours to assemble - pay the extra money to let someone else mess with it! It is made in Italy and there are NO assembly videos on Youtube -the closest I found was one for a single storage row and not a double.

It’s good only for baby shoes . Very disappointed

Assembly instructions were in English script but Italian language. Handles were broken. But Wayfair is kind enough to ship whole new set so 5 stars for their customer support team. Still waiting for the unit to arrive. Need at least two persons for assembly. Once the product comes to gather looks neat. Winter boots won’t fit it. The magnet is weak. Only good for shoes and slippers. Hope the replacement item would come without any damage.
