We are just getting to assembling the trash bin and found that the top of the cabinet was not included in the shipment. How can we get the top of the cabinet? Thank you,

Comes with 10 gallon cans, 13 gallon gallon cans will NOT work with this piece of furniture. Also, the plug pieces to cover the screw holes on the top did not go in well. We have 2 that are not flush and will bother me considering the price I paid. It also wobbles terribly, we will have to buy adjustable feet. I would have paid around $200 and been happy, but $600 is ridiculous. And I bought it mainly because it was listed as having 13 gallon capacity. It does not.
