Hasn't been through a fire or a flood but very easy to operate. I thought the XL looked really big in the box. Got a large size instead. It is big enough for the documents and items we wanted to secure and size is adequate. Doesn't take up too much space in the closet where it is located.

Seems like very good quality, and easy to use. But I had no idea there was a problem with mold if it’s kept closed for long periods and that you should leave desiccant packs in it. I’ve only had it a few days so I suppose that if I do what you say it’ll be ok.
