The reason for the three rating is that I have not received all of my most recent order. It was to include three boxes, but I only received one. Your customer service representative is checking into the situation. In the past I have ordered a few items from Wayfair and I have been very happy with the product, quality and service. If this most recent order is properly completed, I would change my rating to five.

I am very happy with it it is a well-built unit. How ever metal zippers would be way better

Took a while to get it shipped, then set up took a long time as well, this was one of the bigger ones, but all in all, it works fine now for what we needed it for. Thanks!
