I ordered this box and was sent a standard storage cube instead. I spoke with customer service and was able to get a replacement. The replacement that arrived was the same wrong product… again. Customer service then agreed to refund me the full amount in store credit since there seems to be a warehouse issue with sending out the correct item. They assured me that store credit would be available within 24 hours so that I could purchase a different item in its place. Unfortunately, they failed to mention that the refund processing window can take up to TWO WEEKS, and only after it’s processed will they issue the 24 hour refund. Don’t buy this, definitely not worth the headache.

Love it true to size and will hold a king size blanket nicely!
