Machine is very nice overall. I received a used (and scratched) unit- which was also missing a couple of the included accessories. CS arranged an exchange so I’m awaiting the new unit now.

Absolutely love this machine. It satisfies my very purpose which is to just do straight stitch with some power.

The sewing machine was used the next day, I love the power, and the way it works.

Love all the features and accessories. And it was a great price!
