We’ve tried to get these to work since purchasing for Christmas gifts (I bought two) to no avail. Tension is impossible to regulate and I’ve sewn for years. Finally realized a spring was missing in one that the directions say is important. Is there any way to have another spring sent to me

Love this, it looks like a great toy but it’s not. You can use it as a handheld or desktop. So amazing. Going for to buy more and send it to Africa

Please don't waste your money not worth the hassle to send it baxk

piece of junk i try everything but i sew a little ways and the thread keeps breaking. i have tried adjusting the tension over and over. if i can't sew more then a few inches without the thread breaks and it is not the easiest to get thread through the needle
