Boîte à joints de 54 pintes avec bac de rangement empilable avec couvercle verrouillable Sterilite (Ensemble de 4)

Boxes came damaged. Cracked and falling apart. I tried to make arrangements for a replacement and was forced to text message for over two hours. Rep kept saying “the supplier needs to review and give permission, which will take up to 4 business days”. After hours of back and forth, they finally agreed to send a replacement and make arrangements for a pick up as the box was huge and wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Received the replacement two days later and it too had damaged parts. Contacted Wayfair again saying I will keep the non damaged pieces and please pick up the damaged ones. They then denied that they said they would pick up. Another back and forth until they finally said I can keep or donate or trash both deliveries if I want. Absolutely ridiculous. All that for four plastic storage boxes that were on sale. I have been a professional client for over 7 years, and have never been treated this poorly.

I absolutely love these - air tight - all sizes available

Solid

2 broken tubs delivered unable to be used. Gasket is a piece of styrofoam that does not fit and must be tucked in nearly with each use. Some were broken as well.

Just as expected, seems sturdy and appears to have a good weather seal. I appreciate how solid the locking latches feel. 31924 update changed from 5 stars to 3. Still appreciate the quality and sturdiness, but even after sitting these outside for days, the chemical smell is still very strong. Don’t know how long it will take to off-gas, but anything stored in these totes smells strongly of plastic.
