Love this broom, The soft bristles are great on my hardwood floor, it glides on the wood and doesn't scratch it even when my cat overturns a potted plant. Good value for the price.

Bought the dustpan set too. Horsehair makes a great bristle. Very forgiving on surfaces. I wish it were angled, but you get used to how you need to navigate with it. Great for the hardwood floors. Not as sturdy as poly bristles, but it handles much better once you know how to use it.
