Accessoire de rangement pour chaussures

when the first pair arrived i put them to0 w0rk right away and they worked as expected. the second pair arrived a few days later and i have not been able to use them because to outer tube that interacts with the thumb wheel is locked up/cross threaded with the thumb wheel. Please replace the second pair and let me know how to return the defective pair. they were delivered in a plastic bag that had to be cut open with scisors. if you send me an empty box with a shipping label, I will package up the defective pair and return them.
