I bought this iron on 100423 and I am very disappointed with Wayfair because the iron was a return one I received it with water inside of it. The seem to be loose in the circuit. I am trying it out for the next couple of days to see whats the problem with it and I will be calling them . If there is any problem I will return it! I know when I received they was a problem the box was too large and I said to the door man it looks like a return product. And that was exactly what it was a return product in an oversize box . I decided was to purchase this iron because the one at my job works great! Very disappointed with Wayfair service.
