J’ai reçu le produit endommagé. C’est tellement long à monter en plus. Je vais le garder tel quel mais j’espère bien recevoir un appel ou un rabais pour ce produit ça n’a aucun sens.

It took me about 4-5 hours building, instructions in book are not to clear, hint use the online instructions. It is sturdy enough for what I need it for. I added plywood to the floor and installed left over tile I had from my house. Overall it is good.

The shed itself is solid once assembled, and the overall design fits well for a small storage solution. However, the assembly process was more difficult than it should have been due to poorly written and unclear instructions. The diagrams lack detail, and several steps required guesswork. More importantly, my unit arrived with a missing panel, which has left one side of the shed incomplete (see attached photo). This is a significant issue, as it affects both functionality and weather protection. I’ve searched throughout Wayfair’s website for guidance on how to request replacement parts, but there is no clear or accessible process for resolving this type of issue. I’m not looking to return the entire shed—just need the missing panel and better support from the manufacturer or seller to resolve this properly. If customer service can step in and provide the missing part, this would easily be a much higher rating.
