The roof leaked had to buy sealer and seal every screw hole, first skiff of snow the room caved in.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE THE SHED RUSTED AFTER THE FIRST RAIN No packing materials used so all of the panels were scratched and dented. I filed a claim and they gave me a discount and promised to send the parts right away. After 1 week I called because all of the parts were not listed, they did not include the dented panels. They lied to me and said they were going to ship them, after a week I called and they lied to me again saying it was a day away but had no tracking to provide. The next day they called me “apologizing” and said I had to take a 20% discount or box the item back up and take it to a Fedex store myself. I thought this was a great deal when I bought it… until it arrived and the headaches and poor quality of the product/customer service proved me wrong.

Was pretty difficult to assemble and came missing parts. Not as sturdy as I expected.

Good price Delivery was prompt Undamaged. Still have to put it together

Dents in aluminum then then next day Wayfair had the shed for 300 cheaper and won’t reimburse

I got no doors after so many times I’ve asked to please send the pieces that are missing and it has not been done. I paid over 1000 and some to pay for someone to put it up. They never came and when they did, they made a mess and left so my son put it up. I need the doors please send me the doors.
