This is quite an experience and the moat excellent customer service I have ever received. I first received item and it was absolutely beautiful but the drawers that go with it where missing. I was really bummed out but did order replacements. After about a week being today I received another jewelry box, same one but this time with 3 drawers. I thought they had made an error or something. I got in touch with Wayfair and they actually told me to keep original box so I can sell or perhaps donate it. Completely beside myself! The jewelry box is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Good quality wood and definitely not cheap except for price I paid. Now that’s the beat customer service I think I’ve ever received.
