I bought this piece because the dimensions and color are perfect. However given the cost of this piece of furniture, I would have thought there would be a fully closed in back. Instead, it is completely open and exposes the very shallow short and narrow drawers. I had a piece of wood cut to close it in as I display it at an angle. I need to paint it blue. Now i know why there are no pix of the back of the piece

Solid, well built cabinet. Easy to install stone top. No back panel and no mention of this in description or pictures. Two of the three drawers are soft close - bottom isnt. Overall cabinet looks great and works well.
