Could not be simpler. My worms and millipedes are happy.

Of all the things I bought and I spent over 15k on my entire set up, I got 2 of these and don't like them. They invite slugs and let them multiple then those slugs go into your bed and eat your plants, same for gnats. As much as you think you know how to set up compost and to avoid bugs. . . it's impossible. Don't recommend. They take up space. Buy the external composter and save your plants because the moment you put covers on. . . this is a recipe for infestation.

It didn’t work for me . They are well made but I live in Florida and it was too hot , I found myself covering the lid with cardboard just to keep the temp down inside.

I don’t have a raised bed or a container to place it in so we dug straight into the ground and voila. And I feel more assured that our whole family is practicing less waste.
