The first one I ordered the holes didn't line up so you could not put the screws on. We tried with the washers and without. Wayfair customer service said they would send me a new one. It took another 3 days to get the new one in and this time the unit was used!! I paid for a new one so sending a used one is unacceptable. There was even instructions on the device if it was used do not use the washers. Wayfair offered again to send me another one I decided to just send it back.
