I received so called "my order", but very very disappointingly, what I have received is totally different from what it shows in the picture on your website, and as you see in the attached picture that I have taken of the item , it more looks like an ugly 3-petal flower semi-flat tray than a "Basket"! :-( Also, more disappointingly and as you see in the attached the picture, under the handle is veryyy low-quality made and it is like "burnt" which makes the tray unliftable and the handle "unusable"!!! why should these sellers do such a rude thing and abuse the customer's trust? why do they show something online to attract the customer, but they send something "TOTALLY DIFFERENT" ? This is kind of illegal! I cannot like and accept this strange item. I want "The EXACT BASKET WHICH IS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE ON WAYFAIR.COM", and nothing else! please see the two attached pictures and put yourself in my shoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND This Cheating seller to an enemy, let alone to a friend or family!!! I would give 0 stars, if I could.

This basket is one of my favorite Wayfair products. It took me weeks to convince myself I should actually buy it. Seems very expensive for a basket that just will be sitting on a table with rattan balls in it, the kind of balls with no purpose but for decorating a room, not practical at all. I really have been thinking about how those impractical balls would look just sitting there in the wooden basket doing nothing at all. Most of my life I would never even have noticed those insignificant balls nor this basket. But I can’t possibly explain in a review how happy I feel just looking at my new basket of balls. To me, it’s part of my new signature art. I don’t plan to ask my husband what he thinks about it he might not have the same artistic flair I do. Fancy blue balls to match my blue willow dishes or just apples in fall—any number of things can honor this basket! By the way, mine has 2 not so elegant knotholes in it’s wood , an advantage to a wooden basket. You really should get one.
