It came in a very efficient packaging with clear instructions to build the item. The workbench is strong and and well designed. Good purchase!

I bought this workbench to use as a workbench but mostly for storage and to organize stuff in my basement. I think it will work. All the parts were there. Screws/parts were in bags and numbered which was helpful. Assembly with one person took about 1.5 hours. I didn't initially see screw holes in the wood top but after I put the wood top on the floor and the frame on top I saw them. Luckily I had placed the top on the floor with the screw holes up. Maybe a sticker would be helpful to point these out. Otherwise the hardest part was moving the package around as it is a bit heavy.
