Good quality, easy assembly. Directions are step by step, good English language, pictures are helpful

All things were good leading up to the delivery of my item. However, parts were missing/wrong size which stopped me from assembly. Missing/wrong parts have been reordered and sent out for delivery. If the correct items are in the box I'll be happy. With my attempts to ask for confirmation that the right size parts are being sent, I'm met with a "don't worry email, if we get it wrong again you can always call us". This is not reassuring, as I don't have time and willingness to wait for the order to be sent correctly. I'm questioning the quality control processes?

It's not good! The replacement was supposed to be a new unit , but was still damaged !! BADD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

Nice purchase, Delivery was a breeze. Still need to assemble, but appears to be very manageable.

Initially looks good but flimsy in heavy wind, Installed additional cross bracing at my expense and unit became nice and rigid. Should consider cross bracing in the kit.

I wouldnt buy again, the roof is made out of 2 x 4 foot panels which majes assembly time consum8ng abd more difficult due to tte number of screws tfat need to be utilized. This is also made more for a permanent floor than gravel

Overall easy to assemble and looks like the picture. It was acceptable, but not HEAVY DUTY. It was not as horizontally stable as I wanted and I added horizontal support to increase the strength of the frame.

We are using it as a shade/shelter on our large back deck. It should keep inclimate weather and hot sun from making it uncomfortable during those seasons. Not that hard to put together for 2 old people.

This carport just arrived. So excited to be pouring over the instructions. And best news of it all, my autistic son has caught the vision. It goes together easy and will provide him with a sturdy outdoor living space to watch the storms come in while he stays dry. Perfect and strong. Thank you. And his cats loves the boxes.
