I received this product and opened it and it had about a million parts to put together. Then i started putting it together and there are no instructions just pictures which are hard to understand. By the time i got about halfway through i thought a piece was missing. I called customer service and they were going to refund me after i returned it. Meaning i would have to again take it apart and fit it back in the box. So i decided against that and i proceeded to try to put it together without the missing piece. As i proceeded another piece broke. I then proceeded to finish the job and smash it with a hammer and went to Menards and purchased another one prebuilt. Needless to say, I would not recommend purchasing this item.

Salesperson who placed the order must have used the wrong SKU because item I wanted was not what was delivered.
