This unit was easy to put together by one person. However, the product describes that you can put up to 40 pairs of shoes. This is why I purchased this unit. You most likely could put that many sandals or flip-flops. I wear a size 8 and my husband is a size 11. I had to remove a divider, so I could place two pairs of his shoes on the shelf. I could not fit my leather tennis shoes on the shelf unless I removed the divider shelf. Look attractive but it only holds 8 pairs of adult shoes.

DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE MENS SIZE 11 ATHLETIC SHOES! Honestly im really disappointed in this— what on earth am I supposed to do when this for a mud room!

Don’t get this if you have shoes other than flip flops or ballet flats because they will not fit. Definitely needs to be anchored into the wall because it barely stands on its own. There are also marks on it right out of the box. Wouldn’t recommend.

This piece was perfect for our entry space. Beautiful and not too hard to put together. Seems very sturdy.

The cabinet itself is really nice and looks good once assembled, but the cheap wood-grain stickers they provide to cover the screw holes really take away from the finished look. For a piece of furniture at this price, I expected actual brown plastic screw-hole caps or plugs that matched the cabinet. The stickers are noticeable, don’t blend in well, and make an otherwise nice cabinet look cheaper than it is. This is the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
