Bottom is no wood.Cover is no glass.The shape and finishing and hinges ,all fits well.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. Quality is great and displays his watches nicely. It holds various sizes of watches as well. A nice touch having the watch detail on the front of the box. I was surprised to find out you can actually set the time on watch decal.
