I loved this trash receptacle at first. I had to go out and buy inner trash cans, which put the price on this item well above $200. I have only had it for three and a half months, and one of the hinges holding the trash can in place has exploded, making the entire unit a bit wobbly. The hinge provided stability, slightly slowing the opening of the can to prevent weight distribution from tipping the piece. I shouldn't have to replace such an expensive item so soon after purchase. I can't determine if the engineering of the placement of the hinge is to blame (it seemed to slightly rub against the inner particle board) or if the hinge itself was defective. I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer to simply ask for a replacement but it seems leaving a bad review is the only way to potentially get in contact. What a shame.

Hinge gets stuck sometimes but it’s not a big deal. I really enjoy this! Would recommend and buy again. I love the outlet on the top makes easy for my coffee machines

This was my first Wayfair purchase. It looks pretty nice once assembled. We did run into trouble with one step in the instructions—it didn’t show when we first attached a piece which direction some holes needed to face so when we got to a later step where the holes became relevant, we realized we’d flipped that piece. Rather than take the whole thing apart, we just improvised our own holes and it looks and works fine. The only thing I didn’t like is the location/way the cord plugs into an outlet, it requires the table to sit at least 2” away from a wall. We ended up cutting our own cord hole in the back so we could keep it flush up against the wall. We haven’t used it much yet so we’ll see how well it holds up.

Given what this is, in my opinion, the assembly was pretty involved. Some of the hardware was produced incorrectly leading to the left side door being mis-aligned. This piece has made me reconsider my willingness to assemble furniture. I also realized that none of the appropriate places for this piece to live have a power outlet that matches that length of the cord included. Quite disappointed.
