This is heavy metal! See how thick the lid is? I have some other cheap gun safes but those are like tin-can to this one. It is solid heavy, 12 gauge steel I guess? Surprised for this price. Big enough for my 2 guns and clips. Programming is simple and straight-forward, easy to use. Fingerprint works well, the spring lid pops up pretty quick. You can turn sounds off pretty easy by a button click, very convenient. Love it

Sturdy safe with plenty of space for a handgun, ammo, and magazines. Love the flexibility of using the PIN pad, fingerprint scanner, or key. Solid construction, easy access, and fits perfectly in my nightstand.

Like others have said that this safe is heavy. Had a little issue with biometric scanner recognizing my print three days later so I will just use the code method.

This safe is really durable and fairly easy to set up the different ways to open it. It’s very convenient that you can use a finger print, code or the keys to open it , especially if in a hurry. Also you could store other items in it for safe keeping, just remember it’s not to keep someone from stealing it. Just to keep the gun safe until you need it.
