Use Edinburgh 36 count Soft Cream as a reliable 36-count cross stitch fabric for charted stitching, embroidery, samplers, ornaments, or stash-building. This precut piece is woven by Zweigart from 100% Linen, with a consistent even count that helps stitches sit neatly and makes project setup easier. The fabric arrives precut at 48 x 68 cm (18.9 x 26.77 in), giving stitchers a practical project size without extra measuring, cutting, or fabric waste. The Soft Cream shade works as a considered background for floss palettes, letting the fabric support the chart instead of competing with the stitched design. Why this fabric: the precut format saves prep time; the Edinburgh weave gives counted-thread crafters a dependable base; it suits linen cross-stitch, samplers, heirloom-style needlework, and projects where a softer hand and finer drape matter. To use it, center the chart on the fabric, secure the piece in a hoop, frame, or scroll frame, and follow the pattern by placing each stitch over the fabric threads or Aida squares according to the chart.
