I had to replace two basins as one had cracked and leaked. My identical vanity sink basins were custom and larger than most typical basins available - so much so, that only this product came close to the specifications of the cut-out of the granite. Both arrived perfectly intact (a rarity I have found when ordering ceramic product from other vendors) and had been priced right - especially the "open box" one I purchased. Very happy with the basins. Very happy with Wayfair's ability to deliver on their product and service.
