I was sent the incorrect quantity and finish. The original listing said there were two pulls per order. I ordered 5 (so, I should have received 10 pulls) and in gold. I received 5 chrome pulls. When I attempted to replace the order, navigating the automated Wayfair Customer Service I ended up with two more incorrect pulls, mysteriously shipped in separate boxes. This was beyond frustrating.
