The product looked ok when it was received, 7 months after installed, the water flow decreases suddenly and the faucet switch loses the control over the water flow. I have to have the plumber replaced with a new faucet.

Quickly shipped. Well-packed. Wrong set of installation instructions (=wrong model?) was enclosed, but, since I was familiar with the same type of faucet, I had little trouble installing it. The product is well-made. Doesn't look cheap. Unlike 2 other similar faucets we had in the past, the design/mechanism to anchor the faucet body and deck plate is much better; the faucet wouldn't even budge once everything gets tightened and locked. The brushed nickel finish looks elegant and a lot more expensive than the price. If you don't use a pull-out spray, this is a GREAT BUY! Highly recommended.
