It does not snap on like every other toilet seat. The instructions were vague. It should’ve been easy but it wasn’t and I still can’t get it tightened right. For a padded seat, the padding is very thin. I wouldn’t by this one again.

You didn’t say it was gonna be a cushiony toilet seat. It’s impossible to match up with my American toilet. Not too happy.
