Tile is nice, but what pics don't show is, its actually very textured. The "dotted" portions are actually raised textured tile pieces. I was going to use this as a kitchen backsplash, but thinking of oil, tomato, or any other hard to clean items on this type of texture would be close to impossible to clean. Tried to cancel within an hour, but it seems Wayfair has a 30 minute time limit before cancellations are refused. Did not know this as it's not stated any where on their website. I will be refusing delivery as it's not usable for my kitchen reno as well as closing my Wayfair account. Too many other retail websites with less stringent cancellation policies to bother with Wayfair.

Love these tiles! Only disappointment is open box means at least 30% are chipped or broken. I'm sure contractor will use what he can and it was still worth it.
