These stone tiles look impressive in my project, but 35 percent of the tiles I received were broken or cracked.

They sent me the wrong tile and it was broken. It took weeks to get the replacement and it was the right material, but the description on the website and the pictures were inaccurate, so it didn't match what I was trying to match. I'd like to send both back, but Wayfair wants to charge me so much to ship it back to them that my refund would only be $4! No thank you. I'll keep the wrong stuff and give it to someone who can use it. Since the errors were all Wayfair's, I don't see why I should have to pay for shipping it back to them. I should have gotten a full refund.

Tiles are a little thick for the wall, 0.5 in. Did not notice that in the initial read through.
