These tiles came in separate shipments despite seven boxes having been ordered all at once. The first two boxes were wet and had a strong mildew odor. One tile was broken and two others were chipped. Wayfair refunded my money and told me to discard or donate the tiles. I returned the third box unopened and was able to cancel the remaining four. Return was easy and Wayfair refunded my money promptly. As for the tiles themselves, they they appeared quite generic and seemed to chip very easily as I found out while handling the tiles.
