This time was exactly what I wanted. Although it was a little pricier than the matching original tile was, it matches perfectly and no one will ever know i had to replace a broken tile.

First shipment was 3 tiles only and they were all cracked. It took a while for 3 more boxes to arrive which I have not yet opened except for the top box and I see that the top tile is fine but I can't check the entire box because the tiles are so heavy. I am afraid of what I will find when I start laying them one by one. I ordered 40 tiles as far as I remember, but I am pretty sure that the 3 boxes I received can't have 40 of the tiles. I am not yet sure but I should know soon. The tile itself is great once laid. I know because I finished one room with them from a letgo.com purchase and looked for the same tile to finish the adjoining room. The tiles break easily. You have to be very careful handling them, but are beautiful once down. The tile is great. The delivery service is poor. I am not sure when or if I received the full order and what condition the ones I already received are in. I don't want to be stuck half way through this project. Surprisingly the boxes came without any fragile notifications for handlers to see. They should. It's natural stone, but they break and crack easily. That's my experience with them. The ones I got from letgo were packed 4 in a box... original Travertine boxes. They were all good. Some cracked during installation. These from Wayfair seem to be packed too many to a box with some foam insulation... they were advertised 1 per box on Wayfair's website. I have already reported 3 received cracked. I am afraid as to what I will find when I get to the other boxes.
