We love the tile itself. The color is amazing and will look fantastic when our project is completed however, the tiles are NOT true 12x24. They are actually shorter than advertised To be clear this is not Wayfair’s fault. It is the fault of the manufacturer MSI. The boxes state that the product is 12x24 but it does measure less than advertised. Complete! Thank you Wayfair for the expedited delivery of replacement tile after one of the boxes of tile was damaged.

Nice tile, it does have a very matte feel to it, so I’m still not sure if it’s going to clean well, but it looks nice!

Great quality. Easy install. Arrived vary late but other then that I am super happy with the purchase. Pictures don't do it justice.
