A+, Good Material, Good Shipping, No Issues I would ordered again

I wish there was an option to give minus 5 stars. The first Fridgaire refrigerator arrived severly damaged with a gash on the side that made the doors malaligned and wouldnt be able to keep a temperature. The customer service people promptly ordered a replacement but said Id have to wait 3 weeks, (January 7th). When that time came and I hadnt been notified of a delivery date, I called to find they pushed it to the 8th, then that evening it would be the 9th, the 10th, 12th, 15th. I had men lined up to bring it into the house because Wayfair will not remove the refrigerator doors to get it through my front door), which I understand. But every day Im telling the men the plans keep changing. Today I had hope as I actually was given a window for delivery! Just now, the GE shippers called to say they made a mistake and they do not have the refrigerator in their warehouse. I am beyond upset at their ineptness. They couldnt give me another date of delivery. Wayfair has been wonderful for small items, but I must discourage you from purchasing a large appliance.

The package was delivered bent with both pieces bent inside so the flooring installer had to buy another molding that doesn’t match as well to complete the job.
