May 2026, The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. All 6 boxes looks like they had been dropped as the boxes were torn at the seams. Update: In August 2026 I ordered another box to hopefully have enough tile do tile the shower, but, the majority of the box was broken. There us definitely a problem with packing and shipping. There are maybe 4 tiles out of thus box that are intact. All of the rest either have chips out of the sides and corners or are completely broken in half. I need a refund!

They are beautiful! They look like ice and are so nice in the bathroom.

I am hoping when I receive the second shipment of this tile, that I can rate it as a 5. The first batch arrived very broken. The reason I rate it so high, is it is really pretty tile and Wayfair bent over backwards to make it right. The customer service I received was second to none.

Too many tiles came broken. Had to use it and make it work due to time line project. Too difficult to return broken product.

used this in a cold plunge/sauna build out in a new house and it turned out amazing!
