Absolutely terrible flooring! Worst flooring I have ever worked with. Kept chipping. Didn’t click in easy at all. Not good quality.

The sunny chase color looked very stripy when installed. Also didn’t think it looked high quality. Had contractors remove it and replaced with different brand.

I am beyond disappointed with Wayfair’s "Resolution Management" team. If you are considering buying flooring (or any high-ticket item) from them, be warned: once they have your money, you are on your own. I am currently dealing with a failing floor that is literally falling apart, creating a safety hazard for my small children. Despite having a massive order history with them (30 boxes total), Wayfair has completely washed their hands of the situation. The issues with Wayfair’s service: The "30-Day" Trap: They hide behind a 30-day window for manufacturing defects. For a product like flooring, defects often don't become apparent until after installation or a few months of use. The Manufacturer Runaround: Wayfair keeps telling me to contact the manufacturer (MSI Surfaces) directly. I have explained to them four times that MSI does not work with customers directly and requires the retailer to initiate the warranty claim. Wayfair refuses to lift a finger to help. Zero Attention to Detail: They aren't even looking at my case history properly. I’ve had to repeat the same information to different reps (Roxanne, Candice, etc.) only to receive the same canned, "we appreciate your understanding" responses. Safety Concerns Ignored: I explicitly told them the floor is dangerous for my kids, and their response was essentially a shrug and a "thank you for choosing Wayfair!" It is clear that Wayfair does not stand behind the products they sell. They would rather leave a loyal customer with a crumbling, dangerous floor than spend ten minutes initiating a warranty claim with their own supplier. Save yourself the headache and buy from a local flooring store or a retailer that actually understands the meaning of "resolution."
