The first shipment was damaged but they refunded me for the boxes that had been damaged. Beautiful flooring true to color.

The flooring was a purchase I kept beating around the bush about. Finally came across this one and it seemed like a great price, almost too good to be true. So I ordered anyways. Delivery was quick, it was here within 4 days of my order date. Install wasn't too bad although every single box we opened had damaged click-lock mechanisms and we had to scrap quite a bit. Out of the 11 boxes I ordered, 4 were unusable due to the damage. I ended up having JUST enough to finish the project although I was getting pretty nervous towards the end. Now the flooring itself is beautiful! Looks absolutely gorgeous in my kitchen space. The click-lock was not as easy to come together as other brands, but you get what you pay for! Overall, I give it 4 stars because of the way it looks and how it's kept up so far. I've had it a month and it's in a high traffic area. Still looks brand new after mopping, sweeping, and daily ware.

Delivery was communicated to me as, “ front door”. When our delivery arrived, the two delivery men left it on the street on skids unwilling to place it on our front porch. This left my elderly, disabled husband to move two skids of flooring to our front porch alone.
