They look pretty, but when shipped multiple pieces are chipped at the corners and the clipping points. Now we have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement and our whole project is on hold.

My husband and I have installed vinyl plank flooring before with relative ease so we were surprised at all the trouble we have had with this purchase. First of all, one entire box of the original order came cracked. Wayfair is awesome and sent a replacement box. We thought the tiles from the replacement box and the original box were in useable condition so we started our project. Upon installation, several of the tiles cracked. It is hard to see but the corners are slightly rounded so they do not lock into place easily. We had already gotten so far into this project trying to make it work that we feel like we have to see it through. But we highly debated ripping it all out and returning everything because we are concerned about long term wear. Very disappointed because they look so nice! Kudos to Wayfair for offering replacements. But it’s very frustrating because our project is delayed while we wait for new ones to come in. (
