The O2 concentrator was securely packaged, arrived on time, came with easy to understand instructions that led to easy assembly & charging of battery. The unit works quietly and appears to deliver oxygen smoothly. The carry bag seems well constructed and carries the unit safely. So far, so good. I look forward to using it. Oh, the 3.3 lb weight is much more manageable than the 10 lb Inogen it replaces. Cheers!
