The O2 concentrator was securely packaged, arrived on time, came with easy to understand instructions that led to easy assembly & charging of battery. The unit works quietly and appears to deliver oxygen smoothly. The carry bag seems well constructed and carries the unit safely. So far, so good. I look forward to using it. Oh, the 3.3 lb weight is much more manageable than the 10 lb Inogen it replaces. Cheers!

Great price fast shipping wonderful team. Thanks

It turns on but doesn’t work

Its a little loud but supplies the oxygen great. Giving me the flexibility to go anywhere I want

I love it .it was what I expected
