The shower panel I bought from Wayfair is a piece of garbage!!! I finally got it installed today and it was honestly a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The instruction manual is in very poor English and on top of that it doesn’t really tell you how to install the shower panel. We had to figure it out on our own. The LED LIGHTS on the shower panel do NOT work and the digital panel either! I strongly do not recommend anyone to buy this item. It’s difficult to install, no good materials, and defective!!! I feel like I wasted my money.

We haven’t installed this yet because we are redoing our bathroom. It is built well and came packaged well with all parts. It is sleek and appears sturdy. It will be perfect for my disabled husband who can’t bend and twist.

It was kind of a pain to install in my downstairs bathroom, but is now in and we love it. I haven’t had anything like this before and now I use it all of the time. It is awesome and I am very glad that I got it!

Delivery was on schedule and there were no damages noted. I must say the only thing I like about this product is the color. I am actually a bit disappointed. It’s cheaply made some of the parts are made of plastic. The hand held is like a weird rattle. I am not even sure I want to install this because the back and top are exposed. I am not sure what to make of this I was really looking forward to this install. I honestly will not recommend this product.

The item arrived very quickly and well packaged. He handheld nozzle is silver plastic along with the attachment and the hose, which makes it feel cheap. The inside of the handheld nozzle rattles because it contains a bunch of ceramic beads… Not really sure what that’s for but it sounds (and feels) like holding a baby’s rattle. The black metal has a nice finish and looks very modern with the silver accents. The assembly instructions are not well written, and it requires a lot of reading in between the lines to try and figure out how to assemble it. It is obvious that there is a translation issue and lack of attention to detail with the instructions. The top and back of the panel are not sealed, which will allow moisture to get back to the electronics and I’m not sure how long it will hold up. I have not installed it yet, but will update my review once that occurs. happens.
