We ordered this sink in black. It came in a damaged box and was broken in half. We got a replacement. It arrived in a well packed box, but it was also broken in half, but not as bad as the first one. We got a third sink shipped and it arrived in a well packed double box and all the foam was intact. When we inspected we saw a small chip and the onset of a crack where the two sinks meet. We asked (and got) a full refound. It's too fragile for long distance shipping.
